When is the 2018 WNBA Draft?
The 2018 WNBA Draft will begin at 7 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 12. The draft is at Nike New York Headquarters in New York City.
What TV channel is the 2018 WNBA Draft on?
The 2018 WNBA Draft will be on two TV channels this year. ESPN2 will televise the first round while ESPNU will broadcast the second and third rounds.
- ESPN2: First round (7 to 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 12)
- ESPNU: Second and third rounds (8-9 p.m. on Thursday, April 12).

2018 WNBA Draft preview
On Thursday, the Las Vegas Aces will pick first overall for the second straight year. After relocating from San Antonio, the Aces are looking for a winning formula and some franchise stability. As the San Antonio Stars over the last three years, the franchise has won just 23 games.
The last time the organization made the playoffs or recorded a winning season was 2012 when they were called the San Antonio Silver Stars.
Last season, the Aces selected Kelsey Plum from Washington first overall. As the Utah Starzz back in 1998, the franchise made its only other No. 1 overall pick, selecting Margo Dydek from Poland.
