Former Arizona State standout and current Houston Rockets guard James Harden has been named first-team All-NBA, the NBA announced on Thursday. It is the fourth time he has been named to the NBA’s first-team.
Harden is considered the favorite to win his first MVP award this season. The Rockets finished the regular season with the NBA’s best record and he’s the best player on the team. The 6-foot-5 guard averaged 30.5 points, 8.8 assists and 5.4 rebounds during the regular season.

The Arizona State product is currently battling the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals. The best of seven series is all knotted up at 2 apiece.
