Former Arizona Wildcat and current Golden State Warriors forward Andre Iguodala will miss his fourth-consecutive game.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr announced Iguodala won’t play in Monday’s decisive Western Conference Finals Game 7, per the team’s official website. This will be Iguodala’s fourth missed game of the series. He’s been out with a lateral leg contusion. Some believe it is worse than what the team is letting on.
“He’s frustrated. He’s totally frustrated,” Kerr said of Iguodala, per the San Francisco Chronicle’s Connor Letourneau.
Golden State has missed Iguodala on the court and will miss his versatility in Monday’s game with a trip to the NBA Finals versus the Cleveland Cavaliers on the line. Yet, the Warriors have four NBA All-Stars in the primes of their careers so there won’t be any sympathy for the super team.
The 13-year veteran out of Arizona averaged 6 points, 3.3 assists and 3.8 rebounds during the regular season.
