Baylor men’s basketball has added a new member to its team.
Former Auburn point guard Davion Mitchell announced on Saturday that he will attend Baylor. Mitchell announced last month that he’d be transferring from Auburn, but it has now been revealed that Waco, Texas is his destination:

Mitchell averaged just 3.7 points per game with the Tigers as a freshman at Auburn during the 2017-18 season, but averaged only 17.1 minutes per game. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound point guard from Hinesville, Ga., scored a season-high 10 points in games against UConn and George Mason.
Baylor finished 8-10 in Big 12 play in 2017-18 — tying three other teams in the conference with that record. The Bears failed to make the NCAA Tournament field after losing to West Virginia in the first round of the Big 12 Tournament.
