Both Baylor and TCU will battle on the recruiting front for 2019 athlete Jamie Nance.
The Blanchard, Okla., prospect announced his top-7 schools on Thursday, and the Big 12 rivals made the cut, along with Mississippi State, Missouri, Nebraska, Notre Dame and Ole Miss.

Nance is a composite 3-star athlete, according to 247Sports.com. He’s also the No. 8 overall prospect from Oklahoma and currently holds 12 offers.
Nance already took an official visit to TCU two weeks ago. He also visited Notre Dame and Nebraska this offseason.
Home sweet, Texas?
Proximity could help Baylor and TCU with both Oklahoma and Oklahoma State not interested in Nance.
Both teams could use the boost from Nance. TCU and Baylor rank No. 25 and No. 38, respectively, in the 247Sports team recruiting rankings as of Thursday.
Both teams only have one true wide receiver committed for 2019, which is where Nance is expected to play at the collegiate level.
Either offense would be a solid fit for the 6-foot, 160-pound athlete, who has plenty of room to grow.
