Boston College football reportedly considering alcohol sales

Boston College football is reportedly considering wide-ranging selling beer and wine at its home football games this season, according to the Boston Globe.

“We are looking to file an amendment to our entertainment license that would enable us to expand distribution of beer and wine at locations throughout Alumni Stadium this coming season,” university spokesman Jack Dunn said per The Globe.

Beer and wine sales at Boston College’s Alumni Stadium currently are limited to luxury boxes, suites and the like at games.

The Globe reports that Boston College has not yet filed to amend its license with the licensing board of the City of Boston.
