A pair of Clemson defenders have earned some lofty recognition amongst the nation’s elite for their outstanding play so far this season.
The AP revealed the selections for its inaugural midseason All-America team and Clemson defensive end Austin Bryant made the first team and linebacker Dorian O’Daniel was selected to the second team.

The junior Bryant has 5.5 sacks, with four of those coming in a monster performance vs. Auburn in Week 2.
The senior O’Daniel has four sacks and recorded 14 tackles in the victory against Auburn.
