One of the star basketball players in the country has made the Duke Blue Devils a finalist as he draws closer to his decision date.
Scottie Davis, rated by 247Sports.com as the No. 10 player in the class of 2019, released a list of seven finalists on his Twitter account on Thursday evening. The Blue Devils made the cut along with Kentucky, St. John’s, Florida, Harvard, Villanova and Stanford.

One of the most coveted players in the upcoming class, Lewis starred for Ranney High School in Tinton Falls, N.J. He is rated as the country’s No. 2 small forward and the No. 3 player in New Jersey.
A factor in Lewis’ decision could come down to what his friend and teammate, Bryan Antoine does. Antoine placed Duke in his top 5 in May; however, according to 247Sports recruiting analyst Adam Rowe, coach Mike Krzyzewski would rather land both on their individual merits rather than as a “package deal”.
Regardless, it looks like Duke has some teams to beat if they are to land either Lewis or Antoine – or maybe both.
