Minutes after teammate Antoine Green announced his de-commitment from Florida State, 4-star Rockledge (Fla.) running back Jashaun Corbin followed suit, announcing that he, too, was reopening his recruitment.
Thank you to the entire Florida State staff for everything you guys have done for me! But at this time I would like to re open my recruitment..

Corbin is considered the country’s No. 6 all-purpose back, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. As a junior, he rushed for 1,022 yards and 5 touchdowns. He added 25 catches for 619 yards and 7 touchdowns. He holds 34 offers, with his most recent one coming from Nebraska on Saturday evening. Clemson is scheduled to host him for an official visit on Dec. 13.
Corbin’s de-commitment continues a rash of defections from the Florida State program by various recruits.
Seven players from the Class of 2018 have reopened their recruitment since Nov. 29, when rumors of Jimbo Fisher’s departure to Texas A&M began to intensify. Three of those decisions have come on or after Dec. 1, the day it was reported that Fisher would leave Tallahassee to coach the Aggies.
