Rated as 3-star prospect, Kelley also holds offers from Kansas and Toledo.
His commitment to Iowa State lifts Campbell’s 2019 class to eight members and bolsters a group that’s currently ranked No. 14 nationally and No. 3 in the Big 12.
Furthermore, Kelley now joins Chicago (Ill.) Phillips Academy cornerback Joseph Thompson as Iowa State’s defensive back pledges this cycle; both of which have come within the past two weeks.
Kelley is ranked as the nation’s No. 921 player in the nation, the No. 74 safety protect and the No. 21 player in Missouri, per 247Sports.
