It has not been a good start at home for Miami against Virginia. After going down 14-0 to the Cavaliers early, the Hurricanes needed a spark to get back in the game and avoid an upset in front of their fans.
They might have received it on an Ahmmon Richards touchdown catch late in the first quarter. Richards had an interesting celebration afterwards, though. Take a look:

Perhaps Richards was silencing his haters? In their defense, Hurricanes fans hadn’t had a great deal to cheer about — especially after Miami barely recovered a gutsy Virginia onside kick.
Either way, it was a great catch by the sophomore. Maybe it sparked something in the team as it tied the game with 9 minutes, 14 seconds left in the second quarter after forcing a Cavaliers fumble.
