The Miami Hurricanes now have an extra void to fill on the offensive line for the Class of 2019.
Brandon Cunningham, a tackle from Ocean Springs (Miss.) St. Martin, de-committed from Miami in a tweet on Friday, according to 247Sports reporter Andrew Ivins.
The decision was apparently partly driven by off the field circumstances.
InsideTheU has hinted in recent weeks that Cunningham likely wasn’t going to be a part of the Hurricanes signing class for a number of different reasons. One of them had to do with academics.
The 6-foot-5, 270-pound Cunningham is now committed to Mississippi State.
