Oklahoma State dominates all-sports Bedlam Series; men’s basketball adds nonconference foe

Cowboys dominate Bedlam Series

Oklahoma State cruised to the 2017-18 all-sports Bedlam Series title after winning 18 of 28 competitions against Oklahoma this last year.

The Cowboys have now won five consecutive Bedlam Series titles after losing five straight years to the Sooners.

Oklahoma State swept Oklahoma in baseball (4-0), women’s soccer (3-0), women’s basketball (2-0) and women’s tennis (2-0). The Cowboys also beat the Sooners twice in men’s basketball.

Men’s basketball adds nonconference series

Oklahoma State men’s basketball boosted its nonconference schedule with another solid matchup.

The Cowboys announced a three-game series with College of Charleston, the defending Colonial Athletic Association champions.

College of Charleston made the NCAA Tournament last season as a No. 13 seed, but fell in the first round to Tennessee.

The Cowboys’ 2018-19 nonconference slate also includes Houston in Stillwater, Okla., and South Carolina in the Big 12/SEC Challenge.
