College football fans eager for the legalization of sports betting in more U.S. states might want to pay attention to Oklahoma State.
The Cowboys own the Big 12’s best record against the spread (ATS) over the last 10 years, per CBS Sports.
Coach Mike Gundy’s program is even better when favored at home.

76-53 (.589) — The Cowboys have been the most reliable play in the Big 12 over the last 10 years, but you want to target them when they’re favored. Oklahoma State is 60-35 ATS in that span, and while it’s reliable everywhere, it’s even better in Stillwater. The Cowboys are 36-19 ATS at home.
Oklahoma holds the second-best record at 73-58-1 over the last 10 years. Kansas State, Iowa State and Baylor, in order, round out the top five, while West Virginia is in last place at 30-46-1.
States now have the authority to legalize sports betting within their borders.
It’s still not legalized in Oklahoma, Kansas or Iowa, but those states are working toward legalization, according to ESPN.com freelance writer Ryan Rodenberg.
Texas does not have legislation in the works that’s working toward allowing sports betting. West Virginia is the only area in the Big 12 as of now where sports betting is legal.
