The rocky relationship between FOX Sports Radio host Colin Cowherd and Baker Mayfield continues.
Cowherd, who was adamant Mayfield was “undraftable” a few months ago, shared more criticism of the No. 1 overall draft pick on Tuesday.
The radio host responded to a tweet — which has now been deleted but can be seen here — that read “Baker Mayfield ‘did not look ready to compete’ with Tyrod Taylor for #Browns starting QB job at OTAs/minicamp.”
“Marginal size and athleticism isn’t a NUMBER ONE pick,” Cowherd said in response on Twitter. “In any draft. In any sport.”
Mayfield’s follow-up was simple, but hilarious.
Well it happened bud. Have a nice day!

The original tweet Cowherd quoted on Twitter linked to an article detailing the 23 things Cleveland.com’s Dan Labbe learned from Browns minicamp.
Labbe updated the article to clarify it wasn’t a slight at Mayfield.
When I say he didn’t look ready, I mean he simply wasn’t ready to push Taylor for the job. This was not a commentary on his preparation, which, by most accounts, has been up to par.
It still rocked social media. Although, Cowherd’s criticism of Mayfield has been well publicized.
Cowherd said HBO’s decision to feature Mayfield and the Browns on Hard Knocks would be a disaster, he called Mayfield “pudgy” on his radio show and compared him to Case Keenum at best and Johnny Manziel at worst.
The ball is in Mayfield’s court to prove Cowherd wrong, but he’s been doing that to critics his entire career.
