Former Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops appears to be making the rounds early in his retirement, making stops in at least one unexpected place.
Stoops apparently stopped by comedians George Lopez, Arsenio Hall and DL Hughley’s table Tuesday night at The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles for a group photo posted to Hughley’s Twitter.

If you’re looking for some kind of explanation here, we’re fresh out. If it clears anything up, the same group posted a photo with rapper Machine Gun Kelly later that night.
Since retiring from coaching after an 18-year stint with the Sooners, Stoops has mostly maintained a low profile in his new role as special adviser to Oklahoma athletics director Joe Castiglione. However, Stoops has attended at least three of Oklahoma’s practices since fall camp began last week.
