Former Oklahoma Sooners WR Dahu Green will transfer to Arkansas State, according to Red Wolves coach Blake Anderson.

The Sooners confirmed Green’s departure from the team June 9, just two days after the retirement of coach Bob Stoops. The two events were not related, however, according to an Oklahoma spokesperson.
A native of Moore, Okla., Green was a 3-star member of the Sooners’ 2015 recruiting class. A former Washington State commit, Green flipped to Oklahoma two days before signing day.
In two seasons with the Sooners, Green caught 3 passes for 89 yards — all in 2016 — in 16 games of action, mostly on special teams.
The reason for Green’s transfer is unclear.
Green will sit out the 2017 season because of NCAA transfer rules. Once eligible in 2018, Green will presumably catch passes from another Oklahoma transfer, QB Justice Hansen, who left the Sooners after redshirting in 2014.
