The eyes of the nation are on Baker Mayfield in the draft process, but another former Sooner, Ogbo Okoronkwo, is ready to shine as well.
Okoronkwo could go in the first round of the NFL draft, and will more than likely be gone by at least the middle of the third.
He’ll work out for the Texans very soon, according to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle.

Over his final season with Oklahoma, Okoronkwo finished with 17.5 tackles for a loss and eight sacks. He shared Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year honors with Malik Jefferson of Texas.
Okoronkwo’s stock has been moving upward since his Senior Bowl performance, and continues to move upward every time he attends a team’s workout.
