The Oregon State Beavers clinched their baseball series over UCLA, and likely a high national seed, when they beat the Bruins 4-1 on Friday night.
Oregon State has won six of its last seven games, including a 2-0 victory over UCLA on Thursday night.
The Beavers scored all their runs Friday night in the bottom of the sixth. Two walks and a hit-by-pitch loaded the bases, and the runs poured in quickly from there. A swinging bunt scored a run, and a 3-run home run by Kyle Nobach on senior day cracked it open, 4-0.
Oregon State will finish the series with UCLA on Saturday, its final regular-season game of the season.
