Dana Altman is making his mark as the Oregon Ducks men’s basketball coach, and the school he left for his current job isn’t forgetting the impact he had on its program.
Creighton is going to induct Altman into the school’s athletic hall of fame, the university announced on Wednesday, per The Oregonian’s Tyson Alger. His induction is scheduled for Aug. 25.
Altman spent 16 years at Creighton before he accepted an opportunity to be Oregon’s coach in 2010. He is the all-time wins leader at Creighton with a 327-176 record and led the Bluejays to seven NCAA Tournament appearances.
