One of the top prospects from the West Coast has narrowed down his long list of college options, releasing a top 8 on Monday. The odds that a Pac-12 school gets the services of 5-star linebacker Henry To’oto’o in 2019 are looking good, as half of those finalists are from the conference:

California, Oregon, USC and Washington are battling with Alabama, Florida, Notre Dame and Tennessee for To’oto’o, a 6-foot-2, 210-pound prospect from Concord, Calif. Ranked No. 33 in the 2019 class by 247Sports, To’oto’o is considered the nation’s third-best outside linebacker and the No. 2 player from California.
To’oto’o is coming off unofficial visits to Alabama and Tennessee over the weekend, signaling the start of his summer touring schedule. He has yet to check out any of his Pac-12 finalists.
