Marvin Bagley III has college coaches across the country drooling over his game, but the 5-star prospect and 2018 No. 1 overall recruit in the 247Sports composite rankings is reportedly considering reclassifying to 2017.
The move would allow Bagley to attend and play in college this coming season.

CBS Sports’ Gary Parrish did add in his story that no decision is finalized, according to his source, and that it is unknown if he even could reclassify at this point.
The 6-foot-10 Bagley, from Sierra Canyon High in Tempe, Ariz., is considering Kentucky, Arizona, USC and Duke. Bagley has reportedly already scheduled visits to Arizona, Duke and USC.
If he reclassifies to play college basketball this season, Arizona would be likely out of the sweepstakes considering the Wildcats have a top-3 2017 recruiting class with 2018 SF Emmanuel Akot reclassifying to play this season.
Duke and Kentucky are listed as the two front-runners to land Bagley according to 247Sports, but USC has emerged as a late candidate to snag him. With USC returning its core from last season in Chimezie Metu, De’Anthony Melton, Bennie Boatwright and Elijah Stewart, the Trojans could be in place to win the prized recruit that many view as the next basketball superstar.
