Ryan Hilinski is the little brother of former Washington State quarterback Tyler Hilinski, who committed suicide on Jan. 16. Washington State did not make the list for Ryan Hilinski.
The 2019 prospect totaled 3,749 passing yards and 33 touchdowns as a junior.
