From 247sports:
“Right now I’m mostly talking to Pac-12 schools,” he told DuckTerritory with eDuck at Sunday’s Passing Downs Tournament in Portland. “I’m talking to a couple others right now. It’s been pretty steady, but hopefully this summer when I attend some camps, it’ll pick up.”
His recruitment may get a jumpstart this weekend as well, as his 7-on-7 team, eForce, is headed to Los Angeles for the Adidas West Coast Invitational. The team will then make a stop at UCLA, a campus the nation’s 30th best receiver has never visited.
Oregon and Oregon State have both offered Starr, as well as California.
