Brandon Hodges got on the practice field in a Pitt football uniform for the first time Monday morning.
The grad transfer from Texas reportedly worked out at right tackle, as the Panthers seek to fill in the five spots on the offensive line.
“(He’s) a quality guy that’s played some good football and we expect to get even better football out of him,” Pitt coach Pat Narduzzi said per Pittsburgh Sports Now.
Hodges was a late addition to the Pitt roster, committing in late July to join the Panthers. He played in 11 games and started nine last season for the Longhorns at right tackle. He came to Texas from East Mississippi Community College.
Hodges is listed at 6-foot-4 and 315 pounds and will wear No. 58.
