The 6-foot-3, 190-pound prospect from Phenix City (Ala.) Glenwood makes 12 commitments for the Panthers and coach Pat Narduzzi in the 2018 class.
O’Neil had offers from Wisconsin, Virginia, Illinois, Memphis and others. He’s the first wide receiver committed to Pitt in the class.
