It was a rough first half for the Miami Hurricanes against the Pitt Panthers at Heinz Field on Friday. And it only got worse in the second half.
While already leading the No. 2 team in the country by 3, Pitt extended its lead to 10 with another touchdown. Junior running back Qadree Ollison scored on a 5-yard run with less than 2 minutes left in the third quarter to put the Panthers ahead, 17-7.
And Ollison poured salt in the Hurricanes’ wounds, using a mock “U” symbol to celebrate the victory.
