TCU senior quarterback Kenny Hill will get the start for Senior Day, a team spokesman confirmed on Friday.
Hill, who missed his first game of the season against Texas Tech on Nov. 18, will get the nod after dealing with a concussion. He was last seen playing against Oklahoma in a 38-20 loss.
The 6-foot-1 senior has 2,279 yards passing, 16 touchdowns and 5 interceptions this season. He guided the Horned Frogs to eight wins before he was held out of the team’s contest against the Red Raiders.
TCU is looking to clinch a spot in the revived Big 12 Championship Game to face No. 4-ranked Oklahoma with a win on Saturday.
It also appears Grayson Muehlstein will be Hill’s backup with Shawn Robinson not dressed out in pregame warmups.
Looks like Shawn Robinson not available today. Dressed but taking no pregame snaps in team. It's Hill with the 1s, Muehlstein with the 2s.
