TCU baseball is continuing to improve its RPI after a series win vs. West Virginia over the weekend.
The Horned Frogs checked in at No. 63 in the latest NCAA RPI rankings, two spots up from their previous position of No. 65. TCU has been on the bubble for the 64-team postseason which begins in June, making it a significant two-spot jump.
TCU is now 29-19 overall and 10-10 in Big 12 play exiting the weekend. The Horned Frogs have qualified for the College World Series each of the last four seasons, but in the meantime, the focus is simply on making the postseason for Jim Schlossnagle and his team.
TCU finishes the regular season with a four-game road trip. The Horned Frogs play at Stephen F. Austin on Tuesday before facing Texas for a three-game series from May 18-20 in Austin. The Big 12 Championship Tournament will take place the following week in Oklahoma City.
