LaFrance is the 97th-ranked running back in the nation and 76th-ranked player in Louisiana, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. He’s one of two running backs to have committed to the Red Raiders, joining Devin Brumfield, who’s also a Louisiana product.
The Red Raiders were the only Power 5 school to offer LaFrance. With LaFrance’s commitment, the Red Raiders’ 2018 class ranks 44th in the nation and sixth in the Big 12.
