Lonzo Ball has been turning heads with his play in the NBA Summer League, but people also are noticing his changing footwear.
The former UCLA star and No. 2 overall draft pick said he will wear Jordan 31’s on Sunday night when the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Dallas Mavericks.
Lonzo Ball says he will wear the Jordan 31's tonight.
Asked if he's trying to start a bidding war, he replied: "Something like that." pic.twitter.com/XjEBQBRC5l

After wearing the Big Baller Brand ZO2s in his debut, Ball has rocked Nike Kobe ADs along with the signature shoes of Adidas’ James Harden and Under Armour’s Steph Curry.
It’s all part of LaVar Ball’s master plan.
“It’s making a statement to the brands of what they could have had with an open mind,” the elder Ball told ESPN. “The players are the brand ambassadors. The brand is nothing without the players.”
LaVar mentioned that his oldest son will sign with a shoe brand “if the price is right.”
You have to hand it to Lonzo for making an unforgettable impression in his first NBA action. He’s recorded the first two triple-doubles in Las Vegas Summer League history, and probably holds the record for most sneaker changes, too.
