Fred Davis, a cornerback out of Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville, Fla., and rated as the No. 67 prospect in the 2020 class by 247Sports, recently took a visit to the USC Trojans facilities.
According to a report from Rivals, Davis said he could envision himself suiting up for Clay Helton’s team.

“It was a great visit,” Davis said when asked about his Saturday trip to USC. “The facility was nice. I really couldn’t tour everything, but the player meetings, the team meetings and everything, and being shown how it worked, I could see myself putting on a uniform there.”
When asked why he could see himself at USC, Davis gives an answer that shows his knowledge of the football program.
“They produce first-round picks, they produce NFL prospects over the years,” Davis said. “And their academics.”
Davis did add, however, that USC has yet to officially offer him a scholarship.
