Trey Davis, Stanley Taufoou commit to Trojans
Davis held offers from Portland State and Sacramento State, but USC was the place he wanted to be. He is ranked as the No. 26 player in the state of Washington, according to the 247Sports composite. The Trojans offered on May 9, and Davis committed the following day.
Taufoou, a 6-foot-2, 245-pound linebacker, is ranked as the No. 834 prospect in the 2019 class as well as the No. 31 inside linebacker. He’s considered the 87th-best player in California, playing for Grace Brethren High School in Simi Valley.
Davis and Taufoou are the third and fourth members of the 2019 USC recruiting class.

Dollars is ranked as the No. 1 all-purpose back in the country. While he has USC listed among his finalists, Oregon is considered the favorite to land the talented running back.
USC makes top 8 for 5-star cornerback
Chris Steele, one of the most coveted 2019 prospects on the West Coast, has narrowed his list to eight schools. The 6-foot-1 prospect has 46 scholarship offers.
He’s set to announce his college choice on July 7 and is down to Oregon, USC, South Carolina, Miami, Florida, Tennessee, Penn State and Oklahoma.
Steele is ranked by the 247Sports composite as the No. 39 player in the 2019 class, the No. 4 cornerback overall and the No. 5 prospect from California. He plays for St. John Bosco in Bellflower.
