The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 2.7 points and 2.5 rebounds last season for the Utes. He announced his intentions to transfer in April.
Seeley played high school basketball in Fresno. His decision means he’s going back to Central California.
The redshirt sophomore will have to sit out this coming season before having two years remaining of eligibility.
