Washington won’t rock the swoosh any longer.
The Washington Huskies athletic department has agreed to a 10-year deal with Adidas, according to The Washington Times’ Adam Jude. The deal is reportedly worth $119 million.
Washington’s board of regents are expected to approve the deal this week, per Jude.
The new pact means that Washington is ending a 20-year partnership with Nike.
Washington will join Arizona State as the second school in the Pac-12 to be sponsored by Adidas.
The Washington-Adidas contract is set to begin in 2019.
