Will Grier already has been tabbed a Heisman Trophy contender for 2018 as the West Virginia quarterback returns to Morgantown for his senior season.
Whether that hype is warranted or not, the Mountaineers appear to be on board with it.
West Virginia football released a teaser video of an official Heisman Trophy campaign for Grier, which is slated to launch on July 7.

Grier passed for 3,490 yards last season before going down with a finger injury vs. Texas on Nov. 18. He’ll look to become the second consecutive Heisman Trophy winner out of the Big 12 this fall, as former Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield took the award home last year.
West Virginia begins the 2018 season vs. Tennessee on Sept. 1 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.
